Come and get close to nature at our venue in the Magaliesburg Mountains, Shambhala. Featuring magnificent nature, mountains, waterfalls, rock pools, ancient lay lines and scared spaces, Shambhala is a rustic, hidden gem just outside of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Shambhala invites to to get back to a simple way of life connected to nature. We are committed to a sustainable way of being and as such our beautiful mountain venue is entirely off grid with a leave no trace ethos
Our outdoor shower facilities have limited hot water available at certain times only, so you might have fresh cold mountain water for your shower.
Since it will be dry season we ask that you bring your own drinking water to ensure you keep hydrated for you stay.
Our Leave No Trace Ethos: There is no refuse collection or large garbage bins on our farm. We ask you please bring your own refuse bags for your campsite, to be mindful about the trash you bring into the mountains and to please take what you bring back with you when you leave. Your co operation helps us create a magical gathering without harming the land and we appreciate you being a part of it, and welcome you to the family.
